The Village collects your data so that we can:

Your access to the Service is completely at the discretion of The Village and your access and use of the Service may be prevented, blocked, suspended, or terminated any time for any reason by The Village including, but not limited to, service disruptions, maintenance of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, your actions that may lead to liability for The Village, or your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Use of the Service is only for non-commercial use, by The Village’s shoppers within the The Shoppes At Lafayette. All other uses are prohibited, which includes but not limited to in-center tenants (short or long term) utilizing the Service at any point for any reason.
